PM SHRI Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) School, Patan, organized an industrial expo-surer visit to three renowned industrial units: Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd., Gokul Oil Mill Factory, Sidhpur, and Dudhsagar Dairy, Mehsana.
The industrial exposure visit is part of PM SHRI JNV School Patan’s commitment to providing experiential learning opportunities, empowering students to become future-ready professionals.
A group of enthusiastic students, accompanied by faculty members, visited the industrial units on 4 Oct 2024 . The visit aimed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, fostering a deeper understanding of the manufacturing process and entrepreneurial spirit.
At Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd., students gained insights into the manufacturing of construction equipment, asphalt batch mix plants, and other heavy machinery. The company’s experts shared valuable information on innovation, technology, and quality control.
The subsequent visit to Gokul Oil Mill Factory provided students with an overview of the edible oil production process, including quality control measures, packaging, and distribution. Students learned about the importance of innovation, technology, and sustainability in the industry.
The final leg of the visit took the students to Dudhsagar Dairy, where they witnessed the processing and packaging of various dairy products. Students interacted with experts to understand the significance of quality control, hygiene, and rural empowerment.
